1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing chatibara.xyz, using the Chatibara browser extension, or logging in with Kick, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Chatibara.

2. What Chatibara Is

Chatibara provides cosmetic overlays for Kick.com chat (paints, badges, image icons, glow, fonts) that are visible to users who have the Chatibara extension installed. Chatibara is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Kick.com.

3. Accounts

• You sign in with Kick OAuth. You are responsible for activity under your Kick-linked account.
• You must not impersonate others, abuse cosmetics, or attempt to bypass plan locks or bans.
• We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms or harm other users.

4. Subscriptions & Plans

FREE, PRO, and ULTRA unlock different cosmetics. Plan contents may change over time as we add or rebalance items. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Cancel anytime via your billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not reverse-engineer, attack, or overload our APIs or infrastructure.
• Do not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content as custom assets (where uploads are allowed).
• Do not use Chatibara to harass others or violate Kick's own community guidelines.

6. Availability

We aim for high uptime, but cosmetics sync, Kick OAuth, and third-party services may occasionally fail. Features may change, pause, or be retired as the product evolves.

7. Limitation of Liability

Chatibara is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including temporary loss of cosmetics visibility in Kick chat.
